About
My name is Lukas Klein, I’m 29 years old, and I come from a small village in Northern Germany. My love for Norway began as a child on a family holiday in 2007, when its nature left an unforgettable impression on me. The fjords, mountains, and tranquility sparked a dream of one day making this country my home.
In 2024, I finally took the leap and moved to Ålesund, after spending countless summers in Norway. Starting a new life in a foreign country has been both challenging and rewarding, but every day the closeness to nature reminds me why I chose this – to live freely, on my own terms.
I hold a degree in Media and Art Studies, and during my time at university I discovered just how much creativity and meaningful connections with people mean to me.
As a guide and photographer, my greatest joy is giving people a genuinely good time. I love sharing my passion and knowledge in a personal, relaxed way, making sure every guest feels welcome and engaged. For me, it’s not just about showing places – it’s about creating authentic experiences that inspire, connect, and become lasting memories.
And here I am as a little boy, holding a homemade fishing rod during my first visit to Norway in 2007.
Since we didn’t have any proper bait, I simply used some salami – and it worked!
